pbfit asked: By don't bulk too much I meant in terms of diet - don't just go eating everything (It's pretty tempting haha) You'll probably find you need more calories but still keep it a level that means you won't have be cutting for ages. In terms of bulking phases it's normally around 8 wks with a rest wk or two after, doing less intense work/something different to give the body a break and prevent injury. Cutting phases really last as long as you need them to but for a comp its around about 12 wks min Px

I’m cant say I’m ever tempted to eat everything ;-) not unless it’s haribo!!!! Thanks for your advice once again. I’m going to try and bulk for 6-8 weeks and then stick to cutting diet, I seem to be building muscle anyway. Slowly but surely x
